Biography:

A higher education administrator in STEM, with experience developing programs and practices to increase student persistence and retention. she has experience collaborating with regional stakeholders, school administration and K-12 teachers, college faculty, and managing staff and students in a collective bargaining environment. her personal passion for education has driven me to obtain a PhD in Engineering, where she developed a specialized driver training program for teens with ADHD.
