Aim and Scope
Archives in Food and Nutrition is an open access journal. The journal is dedicated to publish high-quality research on epidemiologic and interventional research, highlighting issues such as: the role of the environment in shaping the food habits, correlation between food habits and health, strategies for improving eating patterns amongst populations, management and treatment of disease by following healthy dietary patterns.
