Archives in Food and Nutrition
A newly launched journal which will be dedicated to publish high-quality research on epidemiologic and interventional research, highlighting issues such as: the role of the environment in shaping the food habits; correlation between food habits and health; strategies for improving eating patterns amongst populations; management and treatment of disease by following healthy dietary patterns. Studies on dietary guidelines and education of health professionals are welcome.
Every individual manuscript is subject to stringent peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to encapsulate the latest findings as Research articles, Commentaries, Reviews, Perspectives, Case Reports, etc.
This Journal takes immense pride in facilitating rapid publishing of articles and ensures a barrier-free distribution of its content through its open access format.
Journal is very keen in publishing research dealing with health foods, functional foods and beverages, and medical foods. Novel discoveries in the field of Nutrigenomics, Nutritional Epidemiology, Immunonutrition, Endocrine Nutrition, and Nutritional Care are welcome.
Studies pertaining to nutritional disorders are of special interest to the journal with special focus on diseases caused by vitamin or mineral deficiency. Further, studies dealing with health foods, functional foods and beverages, food safety, medical foods are of special interest to the journal.
