Biography:

NanoChemBio is a multidisciplinary research team led by Dr. Rosario M. Sánchez-Martín that focuses its research on the design and development of therapeutic and diagnostic strategies. Rosario has developed her research career between the United Kingdom and Spain. She spent 10 years in the UK, first as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Southampton and later, in 2006, as an independent researcher at the University of Edinburgh. In January 2011, she moved to the University of Granada as Professor of the Pharmaceutical and Organic Chemistry Department. Now focused on the development of the platform based on nanotechnology for diagnosis and personalized medicine.
