Biography:

Working as Assistant Professor in Botany and Head, Department of Biotechnology, Yashavantrao Chavan Institute of Science, Satara, India. Recently appointed as Research Advisor at NanYang Academy of Science, Singapore. During doctoral research - worked as JRF, SRF under DBT, DST projects. Also engaged with 2 major research project sanctioned by DST, Govt. of India (Young Scientist Scheme) and UGC as PI. Research area - plant tissue culture, phytochemical characterization and molecular analysis of threatened medicinal plants of the Western Ghats, India.
