Study of PTEN gene expression and correlation between its expression With rs10490920 SNP in breast cancer

According to statistics, from every 10 to 15 women in Iran, there is a risk of one person having breast cancer. The incidence of breast cancer in Iranian women is less than a decade in women from developed countries. The average age of diagnosis of breast cancer is 56 & 45 years old in the Western countries and Iran, respectively. Breast cancer is the second most common cause of death by cancer (1).
