Editorial Note on Psychopathy
The physiological and anti-social symptoms of anti-social personality disorder are referred to as psychopathy. Empathy and remorse deficits, as well as antisocial behaviour and disinhibition, are the main features of this condition.
The prevalence of psychopathy in the general population is estimated to be between 0.1 and 1.2 percent, while the proportion of incarcerated persons with psychopathy is estimated to be 15 to 25 percent
